My team and I had the opportunity to redefine Chrysler's Accessory Sales (MOPAR) at the brand and dealer level. Accessory Sales were the dealership's most profitable department but it was also the most outdated. This did not make much sense to us, so we wanted to show them what could be done with a little Design Thinking and Gamification of the buying journey.
My team and I had just set up a strategic partnership with GM and Chrysler's data vendor(s), Chrome Data & Auto Data. Our goal was to present a new strategy to the MOPAR Executive team within 30 days. This was no easy task because of the "top-down" decision-making process when it comes to accessory sales.

I lead the presentation to the Chrysler / MOPAR Executive team and got the green light to move into a strategy phase with the top regional dealerships nationwide.
